THE STORY BEHIND THE ENYAQ NAME
The name of the new ŠKODA ENYAQ is derived from the Irish name ‘Enya’, meaning ‘source of life’. The ‘source of life’ symbolises the car manufacturer’s entry into the new era of electromobility and is in line with the ŠKODA brand claim ‘Driven by inventiveness – clever ideas since 1895’.
It represents a new beginning, which goes hand in hand with the character of the ŠKODA ENYAQ and the ŠKODA engineers’ passion and innovative strength for the new electric SUV.
PERFORMANCE
ATTRACTIVE SAVINGS
The new ENYAQ iV is a typical ŠKODA, but with a completely new driving concept. Boasting long ranges from 340* up to 500* km in the WLTP cycle and fast charging, this car is ideal for long distance journeys.
The vehicle can be charged in three different ways via the conventional 230-volt household plug socket with an AC output of 2.3 kW, the overnight at home wall box, while the DC fast-charging stations with a charging output of 125 kW is the third option - recharging the ENYAQ iV’s battery from 10% to 80% in just 40 minutes*.

The Skoda Enyaq iV 80 is the company's flagship electric SUV and it sets a high mark in its segment despite some strong competition. Many view the Czech brand as a great value proposition, but this car's design and finish make it seem quite premium.
