At the heart of the CLA Plug-in Hybrid is the ever familiar powerful and efficient 1.3-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine which kicks in to operate with the electric motor, delivering an economic and powerful drive with a total power output of 215bhp. In addition to this, the fuel consumption is also impressive with up to 256mpg achievable. While full-electric mode can be maintained for up to 44 miles in the CLA.
